Length of schooling and years of study: flexible schooling system. The basic length of schooling for general doctoral students is 4 years, the basic length of schooling for master, doctoral students and doctoral students is 5-6 years, and the basic length of schooling for direct doctoral students is 5 years. The maximum length of study for general doctoral students shall not exceed 8 years, and the maximum length of study for direct doctoral students shall generally not exceed 9 years; graduate students can apply for early or delayed graduation according to the actual situation. 2. Training method: The daily training of doctoral students is based on the supervisor responsibility system, and the method of joint training between supervisor and supervisor group is adopted. In the process of training, the supervisor should care about the all-round development of doctoral students morality, intelligence, physical education and beauty, and earnestly pay attention to the quality of professional courses and dissertations. Doctoral students should obey the guidance of the supervisor, study hard, and earnestly complete the tasks stipulated in the training plan and the rules and regulations of the graduate office. Establish a supervisor group with the doctoral supervisor as the main body, including 2-3 related discipline instructors with senior titles or above. The supervisor (group) is responsible for formulating and adjusting the individual training plan for doctoral students, organizing reading reports and opening reports, guiding scientific research and dissertations, etc. 3. Course teaching forms: advocate flexible and diverse teaching means, carry out various forms of academic exchanges and discussions, and encourage the implementation of classroom discussion-based teaching forms according to each research direction and the actual situation of each course. The core courses of doctoral students adopt the form of special topics, with the course leaders as the course leaders, and a number of teachers with research expertise in subdivided fields are organized to help doctoral students understand the cutting-edge knowledge of the subject and broaden their research horizons. 4. Course study: Course study is generally arranged in the first two semesters after enrollment, and the credit system is implemented in the course study and compulsory links. The total score is 18 credits, including 7 credits for public degree courses, 5 credits for professional degrees, 4 credits for professional elective courses, and 2 credits for required courses (academic lecture / academic report or practice research). 2. Mid-term assessment: the mid-term assessment is generally completed within the second academic year after admission; the comprehensive assessment team shall inform the doctoral assessment time 1 month before the mid-term assessment, the assessment form of written examination and interview, the assessment results are divided into excellent, good, qualified and unqualified, the unqualified assessment is not allowed to enter the next training process. 3. Compulsory courses: PhD students should conduct extensive and in-depth literature reading, actively participate in academic exchange activities at home and abroad; participate in the reading reports of disciplines and colleges at least 3 times, and make academic reports in the university or at home and abroad. Vi. Scientific research and dissertation 1. Scientific research requirements: able to read the professional literature in Chinese, and able to write general professional articles in Chinese. During the period of degree study, there are scientific research achievements related to the dissertation and published papers. 2. Dissertation: Dissertation is an important part of doctoral student training, and is a key link in the cultivation of doctoral students scientific research ability and writing ability. The thesis should reflect that the doctoral students have mastered the solid and broad basic theories and systematic and in-depth specialized knowledge of the discipline, and have the ability to engage in scientific research work independently. Doctoral students should spend at least 2 years. The research work of the doctoral dissertation should include the topic selection and the opening report, the mid-term inspection of the progress and completion of the dissertation, the thesis review, the pre-defense, the defense and other links. (1) Requirements for topic selection and review After admission, the doctoral student should consult the literature under the guidance of the supervisor, understand the status quo of the subject and the research frontier, determine the direction of the topic as soon as possible, and formulate the work plan of the thesis. The research topic should be determined on the basis of grasping the research status and development dynamics of the research field. The research topic should be the frontier field topic or the major theoretical and practical topic, which should highlight the scientific nature, innovation, advanced nature and feasibility. The review of PE doctoral thesis should comprehensively, systematically, deeply describe and comment on the research results and the existing problems and new development trends through the organization, synthesis and evaluation of materials, and the relationships, contradictions, gaps and inconsistency in the literature. The summary should not only fully reflect the development and the latest achievements of the research problem and related fields, but also summarize it correctly. (2) Normative requirements The doctoral dissertation should conform to the code of ethics for scientific research, academic norms, and sports science dissertation writing code, etc.; the structure of the doctoral dissertation should include title, abstract, research purpose, literature review, research questions and assumptions, research objects and methods, research results, discussion and analysis, conclusions, thanks, references, appendix, and other parts; the doctoral dissertation should include title, abstract, research purpose, research object and method, literature review, thesis structure, arrangement, research content, conclusion, thanks, references, and appendix. At the same time, the doctoral dissertation must also meet the following requirements: ① The research purpose of the study should be clearly stated and logical, literature review should be comprehensive, research questions and hypotheses, scientific design, appropriate selection of statistical methods, research results should be comprehensive and objective, and the conclusion should be based on the research results and clearly respond to the research questions. ② In studies involving human subjects, major demographic characteristics such as sampling and grading procedures, gender and age should be reported. When studies involving animals as subjects, their species, numbers, feeding places, etc. should be reported, and the number of the animals and their sex, age, weight and physiological conditions should be listed. ③ Experimental research must describe the experimental materials, equipment, conditions, steps, etc., including samples, instruments, data collection procedures, complete test name, dosage and method of using agent, experimental environment, grouping, experimental operation, randomization in the experimental design and other experimental control characteristics, etc. ④ The expression of statistical data and statistical symbols must be correct, especially the case, italics, Greek letters and subscript and superior label of statistical symbols must be used correctly. ⑤ The paper must have clear views, detailed materials, sufficient evidence, strong argument, rigorous structure, reasonable method, rigorous reasoning, chart specification, clear hierarchy, writing specification, and can put forward the correct conclusion. (3) Achievement innovation requirements The doctoral dissertation should reflect that doctoral students have mastered the solid and broad basic knowledge of the creative scientific research independently; they should be original, able to use new perspectives or new methods, adopt advanced technology, equipment, means and information for thesis research, have great theoretical significance and practical value, and reach a high academic level. (4) Time arrangement ① Thesis proposal The opening work of doctoral dissertation should be organized after passing the mid-term examination, and generally completed before the end of the second academic year. The opening group should focus on the topic selection and research design of the doctoral dissertation. Those who pass can enter the paper writing stage according to the research plan, and those who fail need to start the topic again. The interval between the two questions is not less than two months. Mid-term ② examination Doctoral students shall have a mid-term examination of the thesis within one year after completing the report of the dissertation opening report. The specific time can be determined by the doctoral students, the supervisor, the supervisor group and the subject group. The doctoral students report the progress of the paper, the problems encountered and the solutions to the doctoral guidance group, so as to pool their wisdom and ensure the smooth progress of the paper. ③ Preplea The system of pre-defense of doctoral dissertation is implemented, that is, after the doctoral dissertation is basically completed, the college organizes the pre-defense of doctoral dissertation, so as to solicit opinions and ensure the quality of the thesis. The pre-defense is generally carried out 2 months before the formal defense. The pre-defense committee shall make an objective, fair and realistic evaluation of the creativity and academic level of the reviewed paper. Those who have confirmed that the pre-defense committee cannot complete the dissertation on time must apply for extension of defense. ④ Thesis testing, evaluation and defense The doctoral student dissertation must be approved by the supervisor before participating in the thesis testing, evaluation and defense. The thesis evaluation and defense method shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Implementation Rules for the awarding of Doctor and Masters Degree of Ningbo University. 7. Credit requirements and courses Course structure and total credits: the course adopts the credit system. The course is divided into three modules: public degree course, professional degree course, professional elective course and compulsory course, which fully embodies the principle of combining theory with practice. Total credits are not less than 18 credits. 8. Graduation and degree application Graduate students shall implement the graduation and degree application system.
